We got touched today for the first time during this entire process. Our status still hasn't changed. We haven't made any calls so this one is definitely genuine. I hope so much that this isn't an rfe. I was getting really annoyed seeing petitions which arrived after ours getting approved. Now I feel sooooo relieved!!!

I'm just going to go outside to breathe... lol

NICE!!! I'm so close, I can smell something! Mine was also touched for four times in a row. I hope it means that we are getting approval very soon. good vibes coming our way lets keep our fingers crossed

I'm so sorry to hear that Blues Fairy! But don't worry, coz we didn't get touched before the NOA2 anyway, so it may be the same for you, hang in there, I'm sure they will get to you very soon! *hugs*

Question guys and gals.... If I call in and do the RFE trick....

What exactly do you tell the operators..being that well, I don't need to change my address...and they wonder how ya got to their department??? lol

Just tell them you noticed others have been approved with a later NOA1 date than you so your afraid something is wrong with your petition or that you have an RFE..... that will work.

Thanks !! I've called them last week just once, but when the operator came on, I just told her that I heard on the automated system something about my account, and was confused about it, she was actually rather nice and helped out.....I'm going to wait til Friday at least to ring up again.

Don't worry, same response my fiance got when he called last week that our case was not assigned to an adjudicator yet but we're surprised the next day that we received an email from CRIS that we're approved....hang in there....this week is getting lots of approvals.....

Our NOA1 was April 12

Got a touch on 7/26 but we are still pending... Actually, looking at the list, it looks like everybody from the 12th is pending even though people after the 12th got processed... Crazy!

Then we got touched again today!
