Providing everyone has filled in their timelines it looks like 4 approvals so far this week. :):):):):) I am sure there are many more to come.

04/02/05 - 1st of 5 trips to the Philippines. The last of which I spent 6 months.

04/02/07- 129-F sent to NSC

04/09/07- Receipt notice date for NOA1

04/13/07- Received NOA1

07/09/07- Touched - Due to phone call I am guessing

07/10/07- 2nd touch hmmmm should I be excited? HAHA

07/11/07- 3rd touch - may or may not be due to a phone call.

07/16/07- 4th touch

07/17/07- 5th touch

07/20/07- NOA2

07/26/07- Received NOA2 hard copy

07/26/07- Received by NVC

07/30/07- NVC Shipped petition to Manila Embassy

10/05/07- Interview date WOW/ Approved

APPROVED!!!!

I just called using the RFE trick and got an INCREDIBLY nice lady on the phone and she looked up all our info, verified address, and then told me we just got Approved! I'm luck she was nice because I started crying from relief when she said it and she was so very nice to me and just laughed and told me good luck.

My NOA1 was April 9, so hopefully those that are left with NoA1 the same or before mine will get it this week!!!

APPROVED!!!!

Congrats, Cassie ... and to ME! :thumbs: I've been checking our online status like crazy for the last couple of weeks, and WHAT A RELIEF! Coincidentally, I had a dream where my fiancee was shouting, telling me that we got approved, so when I woke up, I immediately logged on to the USCIS website, only to find the same old line, "Pending. blah blah blah" Then, I wondered how many guys had been approved this week, so I came to this website. That's when I saw my fiancee's post, which was a big surprise! :dance: It's weird that I found this out before she had a chance to tell me... In any event, I can't be happier now! :innocent: Hurray, I love you, CSC and Visajourney.com!

Hope CSC keeps this up, you have been failing us April filers you know CSC, making us wait more than 90 days!! Heehehhee :angry:<_<:P

Is everyone updating their time lines? I've dropped from Aug 4th to Aug 24th over the past week... That'd put me over the 4 month mark.

2-22-08 - I-485 rev'd

2-27-08 - NOA1

3-17-09 - Transferred to Cali.

4-12-08 - Biometrics

4-22-08 - Touch

4-28-08 - EAD received.

...waiting...

3-04-09 - Had to renew the EAD :(

3-04-09 - Got annoyed at being outside of the processing window

3-04-09 - Called and they confirmed. Will contact me within 45 days.

3-05-09 - Date on the EAD NOA1

3-12-09 - Received a confirmation email that I am outside of the window and will get a decision in 60 days.

3-12-09 - TOUCH!!!

3-27-09 - Touch!

5-09-09 - Randomly received the renewed EAD Card... w/ wrong A# :(.
