APRIL Filers!!

Has anyone ever tried to figure out a formula or ratio that if 1 person on VJ gets approved X number of people not on VJ get approved. Maybe it just happens to be that when 1 couple gets approved on here any given day 50 more get approved that have never visited the site... Maybe CSC doesn't really suck, there's just that many apps they are busy approving??

Or maybe they just suck.

NeverSeen, I think that way too. We at VJ only represent a small fraction of the cases CSC processes daily. So, our timelines here are only accurate based on the population here in VJ, provided everybody updated their timelines accurately. Oh well, Monday came and gone, let's hope tomorrow is a better day for all of us!

that's what I have been thinking as well.. I know we all are waiting so long..it seems like forever.. but it is true that we have no clue at all how many approvals of I-129fs have been issued each week. Because we can only find out the ones that are subscribed here. I mean I'm sure there are thousands have filed and maybe each week hundreds get approved..if you can get 10 approvals each week here plus the thousands of others in this country there should be more.. but right now just like you guys.. WE ALL JUST WANT OUR NOA2..THAT'S JUST THE BOTTOM LINE..AND TO FINALLY REACH THE END OF THE LINE WHERE WE CAN HAVE OUR SOs HERE TO BE WITH US..WISH US ALL LUCK.. GOD BLESS.. I HOPE THIS WEEK WE WILL HAVE PLENTY OF APPROVALS SINCE THEY HAVE A NEW SYSTEM NOW AND FEES HAVE GONE UP..

Since the fees have gone up on most all types of visas/petitions do you think USCIS will get less applications or will it stay the same or maybe will get more because applicants will think that the process will be faster due to the increase of fees? My theory is, maybe they will get less applications which could lead to faster processing, but then again we are all not so sure what the effect of the increase of fees will bring. Anywas, just wanted to share my thoughts. Good luck again to us all and for a good week here in VJ.

Congrats to all of the recent approvals! I am very pleased to see things moving, and I hope they will stick with the work and keep them coming.

Yesterday (Monday Evening here in Kiev...Monday Morning in California) I pulled the "RFE" trick and actually got through to the service center. I, as of today, have never received any correspondence from USCIS after they signed for my petition on April 11th in Lincoln Nebraska. I used that issue with the CSR and she actually put me on hold for about 3 minutes, and then came back, verified my information, read some information back to me regarding the spelling of my Fiancee's name and so forth, and then told me that my petition is with an adjudicator currently. So, what a relief. She gave me the company line of I should know "within 30 days" if I have an approval or an RFE.

I have an NOA1 of April 20th, and it seems as though they are gradually working their way in that direction. For those of us still waiting, keep the faith, we're getting closer.

I don't think the numbers will change. People want to be with the one they love and if it costs a bit more then they will find the money. The fees are not the largest part of the process.

DeeZee we almost have the same timeline

kits 24 faith.... We have the same timeline we got our NOA1 April 12

WE WILL HAVE OUR NOA2 this week.............lets keep in faith guys we will going to have it!!!!!!

I hope increase of fees won't affect our petition.......hell no way! We wait for so long to have our NOA2 they shouldn't not make it any longer!!!!

Hello everyone i would like to share that we just check the USCIS website and we are approve finally after the long wait.. Our NOA2 is on the way... :dance: I am so happy ! Praise GOD!
