Still waiting here, 110 days and counting. This really sucks.

Me too blues fairy... :( We both got our NOA1 on April 10, and we're both from TSC too....let's hope we get approved next week!!

*AOS Timeline*

01-03-08 - Arrived in the States on K1

01-28-08 - Got married! :) And applied for SSN in married name

02-04-08 - Received SSN

02-08-08 - Sent AOS package off

02-20-08 - Received at the Chicago Lockbox after 12 days!! :( stupid USPS

02-26-08 - NOAs for I-485 and I-765

02-27-08 - Check cashed

03-14-08 - AOS Transfer notice to CSC

03-21-08 - Sent AP (I-131) package off

03-26-08 - Biometrics complete! AOS and AP show up online

04-04-08 - AOS last touched

04-11-08 - NOA for I-131

04-23-08 - EAD card production ordered!

04-24-08 - AP approved!

05-02-08 - AP recieved

07-03-08 - AOS APPROVED!! Card production ordered! Yay!!

07-11-08 - Greencard received!! :D

Good morning April filers it's a new week. Lets hope it's another week of many approvals.

12/13/04 - Met online

04/02/05 - 1st of 5 trips to the Philippines. The last of which I spent 6 months.

04/02/07- 129-F sent to NSC

04/09/07- Receipt notice date for NOA1

04/13/07- Received NOA1

07/09/07- Touched - Due to phone call I am guessing

07/10/07- 2nd touch hmmmm should I be excited? HAHA

07/11/07- 3rd touch - may or may not be due to a phone call.

07/16/07- 4th touch

07/17/07- 5th touch

07/20/07- NOA2

07/26/07- Received NOA2 hard copy

07/26/07- Received by NVC

07/30/07- NVC Shipped petition to Manila Embassy

10/05/07- Interview date WOW/ Approved

Who knows what anything means when it comes to the CSC haha. But yeah they got my petition in 5 mail days. I called them this morning and they said they had received it on Thursday. I asked if I can get updates on the automated call system she said know since the petitions don't stay very long there they don't enter the info into the automated call system.

She said my case should be forwarded this week to the embassy. She said normally most cases wont stay in the NVC for more than 5 days. ;)

Really hope ours goes that quick too, would be nice if they did speed up in all areas at CSC!!!

We can only hope and dream that sumone has stuk a foot up their backsides lol
