Justin returned home after spending 10 days here, to find...the approval notice letter on his mailbox!!

it was issued june 26th, but we never had any updates on the online status, no touches, nothing!!

and we didn't know about the letter because he was here in Buenos Aires...

Goodbye CSC...and Hello NVC!!!

Tried the RFE call again. She said our petition has still not been assigned to anyone and of course no records of an RFE haha.

But now I'm curious. The USCIS and the lady at the CSC told me all petitions are adjudicated in the order they are received.

So since JVKn'CVO have been approved and they have a NOA1 date 5 days later than mine. If they do indeed process them in the order they are received then shouldn't someone at least be assigned to my case? :crying: MEH!! I am still patient. The end (or shall I say a beautiful beginning) is near, but the waiting allows one to think about these things hehe. Wondering whats going on there at the CSC hive.

Although JVKn'CVO were approved back in June and didn't even know it since the USICS never updated their online profile. Maybe a lot of us are already approved and we just won't know it until we get something in the mail. Or even something from the NVC hehe. HMM Maybe thats just wishful thinking though eh? HAHA

We need many more approvals this week. The flood gates have to open soon!!!

I got touched 6 days in a row.. exlucding sunday hehehe.. and on July 12 it'll be my 90th day.. I really am just waiting for an email or mail.. because calling doesn't do me good...all i get it is the same response.. PENDING.. hahaha.. well I sure do hope for us that we will get our NOA2s like THIS WEEK.. PLS PLS..

GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!11!!!1!

But it just told me they just wanted to make sure i had their correct phone number. Talk about an emotional high to low. this: :dance::dancing: to this: :dead: in a heartbeat. oh well.

2-22-08 - I-485 rev'd

2-27-08 - NOA1

3-17-09 - Transferred to Cali.

4-12-08 - Biometrics

4-22-08 - Touch

4-28-08 - EAD received.

...waiting...

3-04-09 - Had to renew the EAD :(

3-04-09 - Got annoyed at being outside of the processing window

3-04-09 - Called and they confirmed. Will contact me within 45 days.

3-05-09 - Date on the EAD NOA1

3-12-09 - Received a confirmation email that I am outside of the window and will get a decision in 60 days.

3-12-09 - TOUCH!!!

3-27-09 - Touch!

5-09-09 - Randomly received the renewed EAD Card... w/ wrong A# :(.

Nope. Reaching the "current processing date" posted at the USCIS website does. :(

We finally got a touch yesterday, naturally, after we had to change the password. As we were talking about it, I noticed I got an e-mail from CRIS, and went all ga-ga and my heart started pounding.

Unfortunately, they just informed that the passwords was changed, thanks and goodbye :(

What I fear now, is that what if we had changed the password sooner, like the 15 days or whenever it started sending the reminder... would that have speeded things up? At least after the password change they actually touched us :mellow:

Same thing happened to me. I was so excited to see an email from CRIS, but was just the changed password verification. Although I never got a touch from that. And it seems to me that the password would only be in relation to your online account, and have nothing to do with your physical petition. I don't want to get your hopes up if I'm wrong, but I suspect that might be a legitimate touch.

Anyone else notice getting a touch just after changing their password?
