I bet you guys are going to be approved by the end of this week. Tomorrow and Friday are the days CSC really works anyway, right?

2-22-08 - I-485 rev'd

2-27-08 - NOA1

3-17-09 - Transferred to Cali.

4-12-08 - Biometrics

4-22-08 - Touch

4-28-08 - EAD received.

...waiting...

3-04-09 - Had to renew the EAD :(

3-04-09 - Got annoyed at being outside of the processing window

3-04-09 - Called and they confirmed. Will contact me within 45 days.

3-05-09 - Date on the EAD NOA1

3-12-09 - Received a confirmation email that I am outside of the window and will get a decision in 60 days.

3-12-09 - TOUCH!!!

3-27-09 - Touch!

5-09-09 - Randomly received the renewed EAD Card... w/ wrong A# :(.

WHAT A HAPPY DAY!!!!!

Finally NOA2, this evening while chating with my fiance I check my case status and nothing AS usual. Never even a touch!!! Then while still chatting with here I got a msn pop-up saying I got an email from CRIS!!!!!

I was so excited...I could barely type fast enoguh to her...so I called her. Then I was worried..what if it was denied??? or they wanted more info???

But there it was.... :dance: We both were so happy.

CONGRATS Quinn on your approval...and others before me...good luck to all those that follow. I'll be posting again soon.

I saw you got a touch after your NOA2 also,I got it too I dont know why. I am hoping also that it was because it is being sent to NVC...

I hope so. I just read thru that whole thread about how slow it's been transferring the stuff to NVC. I hope that's not the case for us too. Have you called NVC yet to see if they have your case?

Hi Tim, My name is Jack and I am trying to get my Fiancee from Vietnam to the US also. Pretty much like you. Can I ask you a few questions if I get stuck? I am trying to do this the correct way and fast as possible. It's hard loving someone who on the other side of the world.
