Oh I hope we are next!!!!!

At this minute, I'm hoping customs and immigration is letting my H2B thru Newark so he can be here in a few hours!!!

Many, many hopes............

I am crushed! I received a call a half hour ago, that he could not enter the US today and he cannot visit until he has the K-1.

I feel so horrible :crying:

Our Timeline

2/18/2006 Our first date

5/28/2006 Pete moves in

11/2/2006 Pete has to move back to Wales

1/10/2007 We're engaged

3/28/2007 Sent I-129F via FedEx

4/4/2007 NOA1

6/26/2007 Pete refused entry for visit to US thru Newark

6/26/2007 NOA2 - Approval!! (no emails ot touches)

7/2/2007 Received NOA2 in mail (first of knowing approval)

9/2/2007 Pete feels that we should not marry after being apart for so long and will remain in Wales. Our journey ends a month before interview. My heart breaks.

Soory for the bad news! Hopefully, you should get your K-1 approval any day now.

03/10/2008 - Mailed AOS Appl.

03/13/2008 - NOA Notice Date.

03/15/2008 - NOA's for : I-485, I-131 & I-765

03/16/2008 - Case online.

03/22/2008 - Biometrics assigned date: 04/01/2008, Bio completed early .

03/24/2008 - AOS Touched.

03/27/2008 - RFE Letter : Dated.

03/31/2008 - RFE snail mail rec'd date ( EZ-864 / Missing birth certificate).

04/01/2008 - Mailed RFE response.

04/03/2008 - RFE document delivered to Lees Summit, MO @ 4:03 P.M:

04/07/2008 - AOS Touched, Current status: Response to rfe received, and case processing has resumed.

04/08/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/27/2008 - AOS Touched, received USCIS email indicated case transfered to CSC.

05/29/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/31/2008 - USCIS snail mail stating I-485 has been transferred to CSC to speedup processing.

06/03/2008 - Received email from CSC confirming reception of transferred I-485.

06/03,04,06 - Touched!

08/28/2008 - Green card rec'd in mail.

06/11/2008 - I-131 Approval email received.

06/13/2008 - Received I-765 card ordered email notification.

oh no. That's bad news.

Did he have lots of info with him to prove his ties to Wales and prove that he wasnt going to overstay???

I'm visiting next month through Newark so now I'm a bit worried.

That's been talked about ALOT on here. Anytime you have a K-1 Pending you run the risk of being turned away. I would imagine that even with the H2B they assumed he wouldn't leave because of the K-1 pending. It has happened to others before. Sorry.

Hello all April filers:

We got our approval yesterday (June 25) :dance::dance::dance::dance: . I didn't expect it to be this soon even though I secretly had hoped to see a touch this week.

In tears, I called my other half immediately and he was still in bed. It is the most wonderful feeling in the world realizing we are getting closer to our forever reunion. after 4+ years together, i had to leave and we have been apart for nearly 2 years now.

Now I can only imagine how amazing it must feel when i have a visa in hand, when i get on a plane to come home, and when i see him for the first time at the airport where he sent me off 2 years ago, knowing that we won't be apart again.

I know you are happy for me just the same as i was quietly happy for you when I saw you guys got approved.

This is real !!!

Your happy day will be coming soon -- sooner than you think. :)

07/10/07- 2nd touch hmmmm should I be excited? HAHA

07/11/07- 3rd touch - may or may not be due to a phone call.

Can someone who has already had received their NOA2 and also had an email notification please copy and past what the subject of that email was or the USCIS Senders email address is please. Of course leave out any personal info if there is any. :):):)

two people with the exact same timeline as me have their noa2, and i have no touches. :crying:
