My K-1 Timeline:

02/08/2007: Engaged on top of Table Mountain!

03/27/2007: Sent I129f to NSC

04/04/2007: NOA1 (from CSC)

06/27/2007: NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!

07/09/2007: Paper NOA2 in the mail

07/13/2007: NVC sent our petition to Jo'burg!!

07/27/2007: Packet 3

09/20/2007: Successful Interview!!!

09/27/2007: Visa in hand

10/02/2007: E's flight lands at 2:10 in Chicago!!!!!!

08/08/07 --- NVC sent petition to Embassy in Jakarta

08/14/07 --- Package 3 received via email

09/21/07 --- Package 3 returned to Embassy

10/02/07 --- INTERVIEW!!!

03/20/2007 I-129f mailed to TSC

08/06/2007 NOA-2, 118 days from the 1st notice.

10/24/2007 Interview in Moscow, visa approved

12/06/2007 Entered at JFK, got EAD stamp.

01/25/2008 Married in St. Augustine, FL

02/19/2008 AOS package mailed

09/30/2008 AOS interview - APPROVED!

10/11/2008 Green card in the mail

01/14/2009 Our little girl, Fiona Elizabeth, was born on Jan. 14, 2009 :-)

10/19/07 - AOS application sent (I-485, I-131, I-765)

3/7/08 - Interview - APPROVED

3/17/08 - Greencard arrives

Removal of Conditions:

01/12/10 - Removal of Conditions package sent

01/19/10 - NOA 1

02/11/10 - Biometrics

03/16/10 - Approved

It'll be time for you soon! As of a bit past midnight on 6/4, 40.22% of the March filers were approved. They are definitely picking up speed. If you're interested in watching the stats of Jan, Feb, and March; one of the users here has complied a great website.

Filed April 14th (received and confirmed with track number).

Applied for an I-130 however so it is a bit different. I was here on a B-2 visa, expecting word back in October.

02-08-08 - Sent AOS package off

02-20-08 - Received at the Chicago Lockbox after 12 days!! :( stupid USPS

02-26-08 - NOAs for I-485 and I-765

02-27-08 - Check cashed

03-14-08 - AOS Transfer notice to CSC

03-21-08 - Sent AP (I-131) package off

03-26-08 - Biometrics complete! AOS and AP show up online

04-04-08 - AOS last touched

04-11-08 - NOA for I-131

04-23-08 - EAD card production ordered!

04-24-08 - AP approved!

REALLY!??!??! Quinn, how do you know? Where did you see that??

Elmira told me! If you do a timeline search you can find it. It's someone named JJ&JJ (user name: jj1028)....she actually just posted in one of the March filer threads. She considered herself a late March filer, but got her NOA1 April 3.

I'm so excited! Could be just a fluke, but I'm still crossing all my appendages and holding my thumbs (As Ernest would say!)

And of course, when i went to check, the website is down for maintenance!!!! can't they do that stuff in the middle of the night when i'm not looking for touches???
