No news on NBC case while ELIS cases from your month are being approved

So, I am tracking the cases from my month (July '16), and folks with IOE cases are starting to get their interview dates. Everyone who's indicated having an NBC case has long been approved. The last I've heard/done was my fingerprints appointment in August.

Is anyone in the same boat (regardless of application month)? Is it likely due to the backlog at the local office (Buffalo for me) or is something wrong with the case? Should I be calling anyone?
