When can we actually receive an Email from the USCIS regarding the i-130 that we have filled last November 21, 2016? :( I have read some post that after 7-10 days of filling they have already received an email from the USCIS. We have been waiting and checking every now and then but there is still no email. Does this mean that the petition filled is denied? :( HELP PLEASE!!!!

I didn't receive a confirmation nor the NOA1. I had to contact the USCIS and have then send out another NOA1 after confirming they were processing the papers. Then its another four months or so until you receive the confirmation of the papers for the CR-1 visa at least, I don't know about the others.

The same also happened with me at the NVC. I sent in my very large packet of all the paperwork you will need to fill out in the next step and I did not get a confirmation email. Everyone said they send you something after a couple days but I had to send an email to the NVC and also call and they responded saying they have the paperwork and are processing it.

Yeah I did. I don't know why they didn't send me anything and I don't know if anyone has had this problem. You just need to call or email.

OP is doing DCF.

The I-130 is processed at the embassy, therefore the G-1145 does not follow the same procedure as if you'd filed in the US with USCIS. Maybe the PH field office doesn't process G-1145 at all. You should be good anyway. You may call the embassy and ask, but I wouldn't worry.
