I live in Brazil, and my wife and I filed DCF in Rio. She is entering on a CR-1 visa. On our I-130, we wrote that we would live in Iowa with my mother. The thing is, 23 years after my parents divorced, they are back together again! My mom is moving to Wisconsin as we speak to live with my Dad. My Dad co-sponsored my wife on the I-864. Is this going to present any problems? We are going to live with them both, and we are worried about changing our address at the POE. I read a few posts on here about this, but nobody in the same exact situation. We fly in 2 1/2 weeks. Any advice?

Thanks!

Hi!

Me and my husband arrived from the UK and our address had changed at the time we went through POE.

On his forms for the interview we weren't sure where were we going to live, but we knew by the time we got to POE.

Once they process everything and give you a call to fingerprint your wife, you can inform them that your address is not going to be the same.

In my husband's case they asked him to write it in one of the forms, I don't think that would be a problem.

Hope this helps!

Ana
