Noa-1 copy and I-129F sent 9-21-05

Noa-1 for I-129F 10-14-05

Noa-2 for I-129F in mail 11-26-o5

Case sent to NVC

Case shipped to Gangzou China 12/9/05

Case received by Gangzou 12/16/05

P-3 mailed 2-15-06, happy valentines day indeed.

P-3 received 2-24-06 /in hand

P-3 mailed 2-24-06 /crossing fingers

CR-1 approved 2-27-06

Congrats on the visa! You got a CR1 or a K3? And if that was a CR1, I am impressed, that is pretty fast! What service center was this through?

I don't think he got the visa. The timeline doesn't say anothing about getting the visa

But anyway hunter, congratulations with your NOA2 for CR1, be ready for NVC

I guess he meant that his !-30 was approved (meaning for NOA2) and that his P3 for I-129F was just sent back to GUZ. Am I right hunter?

Actually, we are waiting for P-4 for K-3 visa atm. We are getting very close to interview, in addition the CR-1 was approved and sent to NVC. I am hoping to get interview for K-3 visa and do AOS in the usa.
