We mailed our petition on April 16th , CSC received on April 17th, check was encashed on May 2 only. No NOA yet either as of today. Looks like CSC is taking quite longer now. A friend submitted hers in December and got her perm green card at the end of Feb so they were processing much faster then.

Good luck and keep us posted!

CSC received our package on May 1. As of May 15, they still haven't cashed our check. That's concerning me a little, as I see some of you here got your check cashed within just a few days.

We're in the same boat...CSC received our package on May 7, but they have yet to cash our check

My wife cards expires on June 16th. We already received a notice from DMV to show a proof that her GC has been renewed otherwise her driver license will be cancelled. Is there any other way to get an extension on her license since we have applied for I-751 and waiting....?

I'm having the same problem. I-751 delivered to CSC on April 4th, check cashed April 6th. Stil no NOA. I got the receipt # off the check, and when I call they tell me they have it in the system but they don't know when the NOA will be mailed -- or even if it has been mailed. Very frustrating...

I'm with you man -- the dissappointment of my daily stop by the mailbox when I get home from work is really getting to me... I called the 1-800 number and filed a referral to check on it, but apparrently that takes 40 days as well. This is craziness, I just want to be done with it...

Same here. I'm going in for an InfoPass appointment on Friday to see if I can get a stamp in my passport because I need to travel for business. If that doesn't work I'm going to get our company immigration lawyers involved. I'll let you know how it goes...
