Hello Everyone,

I just joined this site so thank you in advance for any replies and suggestions that you may have for me. My fiancé and I are in the process of filling out the I-129F petition.

My question is this. To which USA address should I mail the I-129F package? My fiance and I both live in Bangkok, but my permanent residence is in Henderson, Nevada. I'm not sure if I should mail the package to the Texas or California office.

That is the only place that will accept it. Dallas lock box. Also be sure to include the form that gives them your email and phone so they can text / email you case updates.

Send with USPS Priority mail which has free delivery confirmation.

Good luck

Current wait time is rising to well over a month.

Also fees are going up by $195 on 12/23 so get it in before that date if you can.
