F2A priority date

My daughter's (6 yr old) priority date is September 04, 2015, she is currently in Canada. I received an email from NVC on July 29, 2016 that her case was approved and now she in que for an interview date at Montreal US consulate in Canada which usually takes upto 60 days. It has been more than 3 months and i haven't heard anything yet.

Would anyone will be able to tell how long it's taking these days or if someone applied around the same date and received a response yet? Below is the visa bulletin for Dec 2016.

you have to wait for your daughter priority date be current before they can schedule the interview. if the visa bulletin keep moving like is moving now you probably be current by june 2017

Thank you!! I am just surprised why NVC tells you that interviews are usually scheduled within 30 days but it could take upto 60 days and if i don't hear with in 60 days i have to contact them which i did and they just said they are still waiting.

they say that to everyone. the send me the same email back in june im still waiting for a visa to be available. my PD is july 28 2015
