GOODMORNING I HAVE MANY QUESTION PLZ

1 I IDID MY MEDICAL EXAM IN MOROCCO FOR K3 DID I NEED TO PAY AGAIN FOR ANOTHER EXAM HERE ? IF YES WHICH PAPER SHOULD SEND TO THEM FOR THIS EXAM ?

2/IF I-130 approval should be with the package for AOS BECAUSE WE NOT GET APPROVAL YET ?

no you do not need to get another medical exam as you recently had one. However, you may need the 693a (immunization form)filled out by a civil surgeon. Be careful, many will charge you for a full exam so you need to remind them that all you need is a vaccination supplement form.

i think you need to send them the I130 NOA2 with your AOS application. look at this link

Great that y ou have this copy fromt he doctor in Casa. We took ours to the Civil Surgeon. She said my husband still needed one more vaccine before she could fill it out. We had the vaccination done at a local health clinic for half the price that the civil surgeon was going to charge. Took proof of the vaccination back and got the I-693a completed and given to us in a seal envelope for $15.

the I-693 is the entire medical. You have a medical from Casa that is less than 1 year old. You only need to ask the cicil surgeon for I-693A which is the medical supplement form (or vaccination sheet). The civil surgeon will give it to you in a sealed envelope and you send it in with all the other papers for the AOS.

the I-693 is the entire medical. You have a medical from Casa that is less than 1 year old. You only need to ask the cicil surgeon for I-693A which is the medical supplement form (or vaccination sheet).
