Is the NVC number always busy?

Does anyone know if NVC has a phone system that transfers calls to a voice mail or any other holding options? Or another way to get in contact with them. I can't even get anything but a busy signal. Is it just me, or is getting through to them really this hard? This is the number I have. 603-334-0700.

Please let me know if anyone is familiar with the process in obtaining the Receipt number without the arrival of the hard copy of NOA2. I've read where sometimes VJ members never received the instructions of NOA2 in the mail. So I was getting worried because mine was approved on November 29th and no mail...... Maybe I'm just being paranoid Thanks!

Call them as soon as they open. They open 7am EST, I almost always got through on the first couple tries.

Keep re-dialing, it should go through after a few tries. Make sure to use a phone with a redial button or you may hurt your fingers.

But then when you get through, expect to hold for 30-60 minutes.

the receipt number is on the noa2 and noa1 , it can literally take 3-6 weeks to get your case number , your calling a bit early

You probably need to wait 2to3 weeks before putting a call through to nvc
