Hi All,

I am pretty sure I know the answer, but I just wanted to confirm. Here is the scenario:

- My stepson arrived from the Philippines last month

- His K2 Visa expires on 1/22/2017

- His 21st birthday is this week

Since he has already arrived in the US before his 21st birthday, I believe there are no issues at this time as long as we have his AOS, AP and EAD submitted prior to 1/22/2017.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
