Hey, I'm sending my ROC off next Friday and my papers are about an inch thick, I wondered if anyone could tell me what sort of envelope/box they used to send off their application, I was at the post office yesterday and the USPS boxes all seem a little too big, my papers would be flying all over

Firstly, punch holes in the top of all the papers and secure them all together with an ACCO fastener. That'll stop them flying all over and is how they recommend you file them, since that's the fashion that they file them in.

Then just use a big A4 sized envelope. A sturdy one. ;)
