DS-3025 from Sept, still good for AOS filing tomorrow?

Hi there,

In September I had my medical done by a doctor in Canada who then provided me with a DS-3025. At this time, influenza was out of season, so it's marked with Code F. I'll be filling for the I-485 tomorrow, do I need to get a flu shot now since I'd assume it's now in season?
