My fiancee just pass her interview and got her Visa, and we just recently came to the USA, but the give me an instruction telling my fiancee that she need to file for a marriage certificated and then she need to file for form I-485. I need to know for that form she need to file it or I file it for her? Another thing is what do I need to bring with me or show them when filing for this form? As for the marriage certificated do I need any prove or any witness to file for it?

You should contact your local courthouse to check the process for applying for a marriage certificate and getting married (it varies by State and sometimes County).

where can I get a copy of my K-1 Visa Holders: Submit Copy of NOA2 "Approval" for I-129F * and Electronic I-94 Copy or (for older entries) a copy of the non US Citizen Spouses valid paper I-94 (front and back of form). I submit it my NOA2 "Approval" to them. I didn't think I would need it again, so now where can I get a copy of it?
