After my interview, I got a RFE to send in police report and court disposition. I had no problem getting the court disposition but I tried to get the police report, the clerk told me it's not in the system and the case was too old (10 years old) so she could not get it for me. I sent out my court disposition with a letter explaining what the clerk told me to the embassy. I sent it off in the morning, then my husband called me this evening and said I got mail from the police department and it was the police report. I'm so frustrated because I just wrote a letter saying I can't get a police report and now.....I spoke to the clerk on the phone just last week and she told me she can't find it?? I don't want the embassy to think I'm lying about the police report. Now I have to write another letter explaining in details about the mistake with the police report?
