Meanwhile, I do recommend seeing about infopass and congress/ senators office.See what is needed and get your files ready.( make copies of Ids, Uscis notices etc...).

Hi everyone. 

I can't believe it. My status changed to "Scheduled for Interview" last night. (strangest thing is me and my husband were looking up interview questions on my phone when I got the texts)

That was fast, I know Philadelphia is a fast office but wow, I wasn't expecting that. Now to wait for the date.

CONGRATS !! 🎉 Are you supposed to get a date soon ?

I wish i had known Philly was so fast, I'd move from NYC (9-12 months here )

▪12/19/2016: AOS & EAD/AP mailed. (Day 00)

▪12/21/2016: Package signed for at Chicago Lockbox. (Day 02)

▪01/06/2017: Text/Email notification of acceptance confirmation from USCIS. (Day 18)

▪01/10/2017: Physical mail NOA received. (Day 22)

▪01/21/2017: Received Biometrics Appointment via mail (Bio. Appointment 01/30/2017). (Day 33)

▪03/01/2017: EAD/AP approved/sent for production. (Day 70)

▪03/06/2017: Received approval receipts by mail for both EAD & AP. (Day 75)

▪03/08/2017: Received EAD/AP combo card. (Day 77)

▪11/25/2017: Received Green card in mail. (Day 339)

Thanks. I think they're suppose to send a date withon 30 days or something. Will have to wait and see. 

From whay I've seen people have been getting interviews faster in Philly than some other offices. But I still got mine faster than the processing times on the official website, I don't think it's the only office where the times don't line up. So, fingers crossed for you still.

Day 108, still nothing. Apparently they tried to call me about an old inquiry regarding my rfie ( had a question regarding income).Only thing I learnt today is that they have 30 days to review my response.So by April 19th , I should know more about my Rfie.As for Eads, as of March 14th, they are "officially" processing November 29th cases.

 

At this point, I'm just making sure I follow all the steps in case I need to get ombudsman involved.( which I expect at this point).

I have one scheduled for the 6th. Not sure what it does exactly but who knows ??

01-05-2017 - NOA1 received

05-03-2017 - Verbally approved in interview

05-26-2017 - Card was mailed

is it possible to change/cancel infopass appointment once you make it?

 

i want to keep an infopass handy in case i don't get my EAD/AP in 2 weeks...

Yes , you can cancel it. I made one for the same reason. Just keep your pin and confirmation number to cancel it.
