Has anyone who got their "card ordered for production" notification at some point last week received the physical card as yet? If so, how long did it take? It's been a full 7 days since my card has been ordered for production.

Ok so today i received my EAD card in hand ! Finally some relief, and yes it is a combo card and serves as I-512 advance parole also which i had applied too (i-131)

I hope you all also hear good news too.

Congratulations to people who have been receiving progress like EAD cards, and i notice some people are also getting their interviews scheduled already, congratulations again.

Those who are waiting please do not lose heart, hang in their, things are just slower this time will most cases taking 100 days to reach a decision without RFE and then wait for printing and mailing the card. Best of luck.

Now for the I-485 wait, it still shows fingerprint received, and not even ready for interview, but i am sure it will be done when the time is right, for my state the wait is a scary 10 months for interview.

yes if you have not recieved a RFE/RFIE, you should be good. It should be approved anytime in the next 2 weeks now.

Yup no RFE "yet". i am worried i would get an RFE like the other member who received RFE on day 87. Did you do any SR? If i don't hear in 2 weeks, i am planning to go my congresswoman. someone from DC with my same PD got their EAD approved last friday :(

yes i tried talking to the tier 2 officer on day 98 and it was issued the same day. My original SR was raised on Day 80 for which i got a generic stupid response.

If you have a geniune reason to expedite, i would suggest to do that, but for that you need proof of employement offer letter or something like that.

However, as i said average is 100 days, so hang in there till then. Do not compare cases with others because each case is different, with different background checks etc taking different times. Somebody from my state and priority date (+-1 day) got his/her card 2-3 weeks before me and that case was definitely the outlier, not the standard.

hang in there

That was me 😂 !! Anyhow , I believe Eads come from the National Benefits  Center so being from the same area really doesn't matter. It's more about your officer. Dates matter when it comes to interviews , they are handled by your local office. I know the wait is rough but we shall see the end of the tunnel soon enough. We'll get there. Best of luck to you 🍀🍀🍀

Meanwhile, I do recommend seeing about infopass and congress/ senators office.See what is needed and get your files ready.( make copies of Ids, Uscis notices etc...).
