Asanwa,

I believe you need $1070 for your dad's I-485 and another $420 for his I-130

Then $420 for your Mom's I-130

If you never filed I-130 for your father, then you need to pay for it as well

The $1070 is for the I-485 only, which is the AOS. You still need the Petition for alien resident (I-130), and its fees ($420).

Then the I-130 for your mother and its fees ($420)

I am officially having a bad night. I can't even recall it cos í shipped it express to be there tomoro .

I am just weak right now. I didn't know I needed to pay 420$ for I-130 for AOS. I thought it was just the 1070$ total

What do I do now?

I am really sorry man. I think the only option is for you to wait for the package to be returned and then reapply.

Since your dad is here, maybe start with his application first, the file for your mom later.

I haven't checked if it has been cashed or not because my bank been giving me a run around with that. But from past experience I'm going to assume that they have been. As the last time it wasn't until they cashed the check that they sent the E-notifications. How do I get another timeline as this AOS application that I just submitted is for my 5 year old. Initially we were doing consular processing but switched over to direct AOS instead.

Did you receive biometric letter yet??
