I second this !

Some people have had issues ( and denials) rescheduling their interview. I wouldn't risk it neither.

Of course, there are always horror stories out there and good endings too. Some people have successfully rescheduled and had no issues except waiting a bit longer for another interview.

I guess it's up to you guys to see whether it's really worth it .

As for your Ead, you should receive an update/confirmation when it's approved.Did you sign up for email/mobile updates ?

Yeah we rescheduled her training instead.

We are signed up for all the updates so hoping in the next few days it'll arrive.

Exactly I wouldn't risk it. in the end you must know which is more important. I would let that class pass cause the green card is more important

So I'm on day 93 days I'm praying I get some good news this week. I pray we all see some movements this week

If I remember right, you did a service request ??

Did you ever receive a letter for it ? It should give you some info.

Mine just arrived today ( dated March 9th)  and it confirmed I had a Rfe , hence my 765 not being approved yet.

Yes, we sent the 2016 return when we got the RFIE. The RFIE asked for the most recent tax return and a joint sponsor/assets. So considering the new tax return was enough income, I also called to check that it would be fine to just send the new tax return (assets or a sponsor weren't possible for us) and was told yes. I don't think we're the only ones considering the time we filed and that it was tax return time when they were sending the RFIE's. It seems logical to me that if the new tax return is enough to meet poverty guidelines- then fingers crossed no more issues there. My husband purposefully had to get a new job to meet the income requirements.

I'm presuming you just sent the 2016 tax return and not sponsor/assets?

We are going to send the 2016 taxes which show enough like 3 thousand above and the poverty guidelines for 2017 update. What do you think?

Did you get the RFE letter before this letter or it's supposed to be an all in one letter ?

i am still waiting for getting the supposed letter which was mailed on march 10 as a response to my service request, no idea what it says

I received a Rfe letter for 485 this past Saturday.

Today , I received a response to my service request and with it was attached a copy of that same Rfe letter.

My sr letter just says " on feb 25th , you or your representative contacted us for ...., we cannot process your request because we haven't received your response to the Rfe

Oh okay, my status online for all petitions are unchanged. So I am keeping fingers crossed that it its not an RFE but a generic statement that they have allocated an officer to my SR on March 10

Sorry that you received a RFE at this point.  What was it about?

I've seen people getting the case moving right after RFE, so don't worry too much about it.  There is always the bright side of things.  Let's hope for the best!

Received my 2nd RFE letter.

Like i thought, it about income not being enough when it is!!

So I'm going to send the 2016 filed tax return which shows way enough. What do you think?

I see that some people do follow-up calls to USCIS after submitting a case inquiry online.

Is it necessary or will e-request be enough? Any advice would be great.

Today is 60 days with no update for me.

AOS from B1/B2:

January 12 - I-130 & I-485 Delivered

January 24 - Both checks cashed

January 26 - Both NoAs received

February 9 - Biometrics letter received

February 17 - Biometrics appointment

January 18 - Green Card Ordered (No Interview)

January 22 - Green Card Mailed

I did follow up by calling because my case was unassigned for more than 2 weeks and I had crossed 90 days. I don't think you néed to worry yet. You can put up an e request after 75 days if it is still unchanged.
