Infact , I am tired of calling the office. They have not gotten back to me and my check has not been cashed either. It's getting frustrating

My friend has not heard from them too. She is really getting worried. Since December 2nd. Is it that they attend to B1/B2 visas differently?. Anyway, I told her to wait out till this week before she contact them. Please keep me updated. Thanks

That is wierd.

Sent AOS FOR PARENT on Dec 2 and I still have not heard anything from them or checks cashed.

You may have to be patient. Based on your previous post, I think it may be a incorrect mail routing issue.

In other words, the mailing address is different for filling i-130 for relative in the country and for those outside of the country?

Which is why you should not have sent 2 packages to the same address

If you live in Maryland It seems you should have send your dad's (who's in country) I-130 & I-485 to :

For USPS:

USCIS

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

For courier/express delivery:

USCIS

Attn: FBAS

131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5517

If you live in Maryland It seems you should send your Mom's (who's outside country) I-130 only to :

USCIS

P.O. Box 804625

Chicago, IL 60680-4107

For courier/express delivery:

USCIS

Attn: I-130

131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Note the difference highlighted in red. So it seems you should have sent the 2 packages separately to different address and while they are the same building. Incorrectly routing may lead to delay until each file end up where they rightly belong.

Be Patient.

Please can someone help me with the correct fees for AOS from b1:b2.

I need to send my materials now. It was returned and am at the FedEx now confused.

The fee for I-130 is $420 (one check)

The fee for I-485 is $1070 (one check)

The total fee is $1490

AOS:

11/30/2016: Package sent

12/02/2016: Package delivered

12/13/2016: Checks cashed

12/14/2016: Texts/Emails received

12/19/2016: NOA1 mails received.

01/03/2017: Biometric appointment received which scheduled for 01/12/2017

01/11/2017: Status changed to "Request for Initial Evidence was mailed"

01/12/2017: Fingerprint was done.

02/11/2017: RFIE sent.

02/13/2017: RFIE delivered.

02/14/2017: status changed to Evidence was received.

02/13/2017: EAD Package sent.

03/09/2017: Case was ready to be scheduled.

05/22/2017: Card is being produced.
