Just got off the phone with a very very nice tier 2 officer. About my 2nd RFE which I assume will be about I come 
Here's what she said for those interested 
- if 2016 is income, taxes filed she said it's good to go 
- even if 2015 income isn't enough, if 2015 is enough then it's fine 
-no assets or joint sponsor required 
- it won't hold up the RFE processing time.

@sebastianshaw It most likely would be a service request letter . 

Apparently, they send you one after receiving your request. 

Yes, it could also be a rfe but then you should see a case update soon enough .( mine showed in about 2-3 hours) .

So the famous pink slip just arrived .

As planned , they are asking for the 2015 tax return of our co-sponsor or for us to submit proof of assets ( I may just do that).Also asking for our 2015 tax return , which we had already sent.

And I have 87 days to submit that info.

Im happy that is all. I had ordered original copies of this and that in my panic !!

Ok... I know you were angry the other day but everything will happen in good timing. God didn't bring us this far to give.

 

im officially day 90 and nothing as yet only a mail saying they receive my service request and I will I get information soon

Hi guys, any late December's with updates on online status? Mine in still in case received. 

 

I've seen some January K1s receiving EAD cards already. I'm happy for them, but can't wait to see updates for us.

I am still on the same status as yours. I am positive that we will have our schedule real soon. Some states have faster progress than ours. Just have faith and be patient.. ?

I checked this morning the processing time for our Santa Ana office and it says that they are processing June 27 as of January 31st!!!! WTH!!!! ???
