I how can I add a seperate timeline/signature from the one I currently have? Is it possible to have 2? @sebastian?

You have no current signature. Click on your profile name, go to the edit profile and edit the signature.

I think you are confusing timelines and signatures. Signatures are just the set of information which comes automatically in the post, every time you post.

I am getting a bit worried now.

I sent 2 packages in one big envelope for my dad and mum on Dec 2 through usps to Chicago lock box address.

My dad is here and adjustin from B2 to Greencard.

My mum is in a foreign country and filing I-130 for immigration.

I had cover letters for both packages explaining the contents .

I yet to get any e- notifications or checks withdrawn .

I made the mistake of the century by not keeping my uspc receipt to track it. But I have no doubt about getting to Chicago uscis.

Please is anyone still waiting to hear from them since Dec 5th.

I Beleive my parcel should have gotten there Dec 5, cos dec 2 was Friday and that's my sending day.

Asanwa have you received NOA yet? A friend of mine' document was delivered in the 2nd and up till now ahe hasn't heard anything from uscis. Her check has not been cashed either. She is adjusting from B1/B2. So I think both of your cases are similar.

I adjusted from student F1 and I overstayed as well.

Hang in there!!! Maybe they used the USPS express or commercial carrier, so the address is different. I've heard that if the package is delivered to the office address, the packages are processed sooner. So please don't be worried!!! You will get your NOA1 very soon! ^__^

Those timelines are an average for all I-485 for that particular Field Office. In my opinion, our cases would be affected by 2 facts, a) concurrent filing with I-130 and also b) Under I-130 category it is through Spouse, which gets priority over other kinds.

So i think it would be faster than average. I think it would be logical to assume that, or maybe its just wishful thinking

Hi,

I've been searching for info on Saint Paul Processing for a long time. Not many posts...

My husband and I concurrently filed with priority date of Mar 31 2016. He is an asylee(has been here since 1998) and I am a natural born US Citizen, we've been married 5+ years. Within a month of filing we had confirmation of receipt, checks cashed and biometrics appointment. The USCIS website currently shows the I-130 as "Your case has been received" and his I-485 as "Fingerprint fee received" no updates online since April 18 2016. I submitted an inquiry in September on I-130, no answer for 1 month, submitted another inquiry after 30 days finally they answered saying that our case was at our local office awaiting interview(beginning of November). Still no online updates and no correspondence. We're coming up on a year... hopefully they are faster in your case. Just wanted you to have an idea of what to expect....

Yeah, for some field offices like Saint Paul, Dallas, Houston, local office processing times suck.

As of the Sep 30 update they are still processing Dec 27, 2015, and as you just mentioned that even on 12/21/2016 they have not reached March, the processing time might have further slowed down.

I just hope its still under 12 months. best of luck, and thanks for sharing your experience.
