Yes. While it seems less common  for October filers, there's still a good amount of November filers waiting for their Ead. It seems like day wise , day 94-102 is when ppl get it.Of course, there are always extremes ( I have seen 147-133-122 days or 60-64 days).

I can't believe how long it takes for service request processing.

My date is march 19th for mine, which is a week after my 90th day.

I'm hoping and praying that I don't fall on those extreme cases. Today is 86 days and they won't respond to service request till march 19

Is there anyone here who actually had their ead before their 90th day? It is my 82nd day and still no update. (Biometrics done 1-19-17, no rfe/rfie)

There are a couple of them, but only 1 who did is AOS based on other any other visa apart from K1 status, it is important to note that K1 visa are getting their background checks done faster, thus the relatively faster processing of their EAD

-Which visa are you adjusting from?

I'm adjusting from B1. I had contacted my congresswoman's office and cited financial loss. I just sent old bills and a cover letter and they contacted uscis and then my statues got changed. I originally contacted my congresswoman office on the 17th of February and signed the authorization for her to act on my behalf on the 22nd of February and I submitted my cover letter with my bill on the 27th. On March 2nd my local social security admin forked director called me because the congresswoman office contacted them about my ssn. The same evening I got a notification that my card was being produced.

Thanks! Yea I'm glad she responded. I kinda hesitated at first with submitting my proof of sever financial loss because it wasn't a job letter. But I'm glad I sent it
