So base on NBC processing date for i765 as of December 31 they are processing November 1. So I'm here thinking base on that timeline it would seem like they should be looking at December filers right?

My silly self just saw the Sr status on my case ( been looking everywhere lol).

Just like you, not allocated !! ???

They have 3 weeks to revert regarding a SR. unfortunately they sit on their bums for 2.5 weeks out of those 3. So frustrating

They are looking at December filers and it is perfectly logical for you to think the way you are. But do not forget that each case is unique and also these are rough averages, there many cases on extreme spectrums and unfortunately since a few months more and more cases seem to be falling in those extemeties

Yes. While it seems less common  for October filers, there's still a good amount of November filers waiting for their Ead. It seems like day wise , day 94-102 is when ppl get it.Of course, there are always extremes ( I have seen 147-133-122 days or 60-64 days).

I can't believe how long it takes for service request processing.

My date is march 19th for mine, which is a week after my 90th day.

I hear you, the problem is dealing with USCIS is such a Pandora's box that even after the 3 week wait if the SR they are capable of saying something stupid like "we are still processing your application, please contact after 30 days".

i have seen that happen in rare cases. But it does happen. Also when you approach them through a senator or congressman/woman they give same stupid replies most of the time.

Basically you are at their Mercy.

Lets hope such nightmares don't befall us.

Very true.

There's not much we can do to force or speed up the process. It will happen all in good time.

The process is definitely happening , not sure if it's in good time though ?? . The New Yorker in me is dying, I've gotten used to things moving very fast.

We will be alright !! We are lucky enough to be able to become residents here, many people wish they could.
