Day 84 here. 

Past the week mark for my service request, still " not assigned for processing".

I sent a letter to my congresswoman on Friday, I hope I get contacted soon. 

 

Mthldou, still no update on your rfe ?

Not a thing. I'm getting mad lol I'd like to know how they work on the cases. It's ridiculous frankly

I did a a service request as well for more than a week and still no response as yet. This is so nerve wracking.... I want to start working so I may be better able to take care of daughter back home...

No service request or expedit. I did receive an update that they receive the response but that's all. Thinking about a service request

But they have 60 days to even do anything so I'll just kee on waiting. Doing a service request now might not do anything and I would taking time out of someone else's case which I don't want to do. Ill wait a little more.

What do you mean they have 60 days ? Meaning after receiving the rfe ?

 

@Bronxnyc I feel for you. I've contacted my congressman after hearing about someone in this group. Maybe you should look into it ??

Yes they have 60 days to review it. I think anyways.  I don't want to hold up time

Apparently, I only had the option to mail a letter. I went on her website, printed out the consent form & detailed form about my situation and mailed it all. 

Wish i could have gone there directly, her office is close to my house.
