So you're basically at or around 80th day. Almost at day 90, and I've seen an average of approvals from 85 to 110 days (I stand to be corrected). You could either wait until day 91st and send a Service Request if you haven't already to get an update on it or do an expedite which would probably not really help because you are closer to being in the approval zone than not and may even get approved on normal terms and not expedited.

It does seem like most get theirs at 88-105 days but I did see 133 days and 122 days so for those that really need to work,  I wouldn't  risk it by waiting for Uscis.

New card is being produced. 

I'm on Day 90 btw. 

 

I submitted a service request through my senator. They also had soc sec admin reach out to me to apply for ssn without the approved I765

 

Aos submitted 11/30/2016

Usps delivered 12/01/2016

Uscis received date 12/02/2016

E-notification 12/14/2016

noa1 received 12/19/2016

Biometric noa 12/31/2016 for 01/11/2016

RFE dated 12/29/2016

Biometrics completed 01/11/2017

RFIE response sent 01/21/2017 

USPS delivered (reg. mail) 01/24/2017

I765 status update RFIE received 01/27/2017.

Thanks lleaka. I called them and they sent me a form to fill out which gives them the authority to act on my behalf. Sent it in with my proof that I need the ead/ap and they contact uscis

They've received my response to the RFE on February 3rd and still nothing.... I'm getting really frustrated

They received mine on the 31st of January and still nothing. They even sent it to me at a later date than you, which means my cases processing was suspended for less days.

We both received our NOAs on the same date, and did the bio on the same date as well.

 

I am not expecting any further updates before 1-2 weeks from now based on November filers updates.

 

If you need the EAD/AP for whatever reason, you can request an expedite and provide supporting documents.

 

This process takes a very long time, and is really stressful, but it will all end up well, and soon.

I called the customer servicer today to ask what is wrong with my application for my I-765 and the guy on the phone told me to wait until 30 days since the day I receive my NOA1 and call again. I am worrying if the bio metric letter ever got lost and i will  not be able to come there on the required date.

Did one this past Saturday ( feb.25th ) , nothing yet. I was sent an email with a case # for it and that's it.Mine says, expect a response by March 19th.

I checked your timeline to better assist you but there isn't any. Btw, when did you submit your application? 

 

All i know is that even if you get RFIE/RFE, you should be able to have your biometrics done. Have you made an appointment with USCIS and go to a nearest local service center? Try this one to inquire about your biometrics.

 

Biometrics is very important as this is the initial step to take on all of your applications. Abandonment of the biometrics appointment date will mean forfeiture of all your applications.

 

Kindly provide me with a timeline and I will ask my lawyer about your status. Goodness, we should be from the same local office in Santa Ana, CA. If you haven't received "ready to be interviewed" status online, then your petition must be at the Missouri office still. This office is the National Benefits Center.

Thank you for the info. I just realized my congresswoman's office is a few streets from my house. I've just sent her my case.

How long did it take for you to get an answer ???

@lleaka like a week or 2. I requested it on the 17th and they called me back a couple of times to sign the authorization and send some documents to illustrate the urgency for the expedite.

Great. Her website gave me a page to fill out with consent form and case info. I'm assuming it's the same thing .

Thanks again. Would've never thought about going that route otherwise.
