Oh yeah, you do have a similar situation.

The household size seems to be a common problem, I have to say they make that part of the forms rather confusing too. I hope they finally get that all right for you. We try to send everything and anything to help the process, I think if a case isn't simple and outside of the norm by anything small, they get can get confused so you're right to point things out, it can be frustrating.

I hope it will all process smoothly for us now.

They make it confusing. For me it was anyways but it's all good now. Yeah we sent everything again and whatever they asked. 2016 tax return isn't due until April I believe but again this is confusing. I'll probably go ahead and send it.

You're most welcome!

In all honesty I think it will, as long as it shows that he makes above the 125% poverty line(in a more recent tax return).

The change of jobs could have caused the problem.

Did you choose to send updated paystubs with job letter again?

We're hoping so. I think it most likely was the change of jobs. It's frustrating, and at the time we had no idea if this years tax return would be enough but luckily it was so it saved the complication of having to try to make them understand that his new job earned so much more.

We did resend the pay stubs and job letter again, with the tax return and W2's, so fingers crossed.

This process has been a nightmare and stressful, so just want it go smoothly from now. I feel for everyone doing this, even without any complications it can be stressful and the waiting is hard.

It wasn't simple for us either, and they do seem to make it confusing, I wonder on purpose sometimes.

I would send anything you can, it never hurts. Good luck for the next steps.

It really can be stressful and frustrating at the same time! But just keep pushing through, you've gotten so far, and you're getting somewhere and I do believe that your response is a very sufficient one.

From what I have read, if your medical is expired on the interview day/week then do it again and keep it until the interview and take it with you! That's all you need to do. All medical exams are good to go for one year after you do them I believe. Other members will correct me if I'm wrong.

A medical cannot be older than 12 months when you submitted it. I'd have it just in case :)

If you have all the titers then you don't need to take your vaccinations again. They need to fill the form, do a gonnorhea test, and confirm flue shot/TB status.

Mine took 2 days before I got the sealed envelope.

Call the civil doctors arouns you before you go. Ask how long does it take them to give you the envelope and about their prices.

Apparently, Cleveland office are making slow to no progress at all.

Makes me wonder if that is because they receive few petitions or if they just late?
