I wouldn't mail it myself until they ask for. 

You can try but it would probably get lost in the mailroom. You would have to mail it to the NBC and not the lockbox. 

 

If you check your case status online it will say if they mailed you an RFE.

I'm on day 70 and still nothing. The last thing that my EAD status say that they received my finger print fee that about. I don't really expect a RFE seeing that I sent as much as I could. But is anyone in the same position as I am.

Day 67 for me I believe. Same as you, case just says "Finger print fee received ". I was expecting a rfe , did my bio on the 18th of last month and still nothing.

I did mine the 11 of last month. I have an appointment on Thursday with my congressman, I was told they can help expediting stuff so that my intention

No they can't help expediting your case but hey can contact USCIS on your behalf and hopefully get them to look into your case to see where it's  at. However, before 90 days have passed I doubt anything will happen.

 

To expedite a case you need a valid reason, such as a written job offer from an employer or so.

No there's nothing you can do until you get the physical RFE letter in your mailbox. I'm kinda waiting for an RFE myself and just like you I haven't heard a thing yet.

 

They can also ask you to bring the tax return to your interview, it doesn't have to come as an RFE before that.

So do we.  I started to get nervous when others kept getting RFEs and I haven't received anything.  At first I thought it may have been a good thing but it seems a lot of people received one and we are just stuck here with a last update of the 28th as well.

Thank you for the info. I didn't know I could bring it at the interview, I assumed they needed everything beforehand.

If they call you for an interview they will provide you with a list of things they want you to bring, the tax return might be one of them.

Why would you think you would receive RFE? Isn't it enough that you submit all the documents they ask in the Instruction?

Of course, but my husband/sponsor is self-employed meaning there are no W-2s, no letter from employer or pay stubs to show. Another self-employed guy in our AOS thread was hit with an RFE despite sending 4 years of tax returns and such. So I expect us to get an RFE for the same reason. The other guy was well over the poverty limit and so are we, but apparently they need more proof, not sure what kind of proof when you're self-employed.

I'm on day 60 and still "fingerprint fee received for me also"
