Giving inaccurate information on RFIE can get someone depressed, especially if you end up having the impression that your case might get denied soon.

For those who have passed // are approaching the 75 days for The Ead/ Advance Parole , did you submit or plan to submit an inquiry ?? 

Wondering if anyone in our group has sent one and what happened .

I am on day 76. But I had an RFE. I sent it and it's been under review since 2/3. 

Cant submit an inquiry unfortunately.

looking at the November filers group, it didn't make a difference that some of them submitted another one on day 90.

 

I would just expect it around the 90th day. Not to mention that I received an RFIE.

I just hope they are satisfied with the RFE response... the wait is so difficult!

What kind of RFIE or RFE do you guys usually get for your EAD???

My case hasn't been updated since they sent me my biometrics letter ( dec. 28th ) ! I was certain I would get a rfe / rfie since I forgot to mail the tax return 2015 for our sponsor . I did add my own assets but I thought I'd still get a rfe for that tax return . I was thinking about submitting an inquiry just to see if they would touch my case and somewhat confirm whether I have a rfe on the way.

We almost have the same timeline. They received mine dec15. Do you check your status on the uscis.gov website? The case status check tab?

If you forgot to mail the 2015 return you will have an RFE. They want it regardless of assets or joint sponsor.

I still haven't received it , I check my mail / uscis status everyday.

What do you think i should do ? Go ahead and mail it myself or online inquiry ( i think I saw something about not receiving a notice in the mail ) ??
