I believe it is preferable. Tax day is April 18 so I guess they probably would expect us to have it ready by that day if you interview is after that date. Other members will correct my statement if I'm wrong. We already filed 2016.

Yes it has happened before. There's a glitch in their system. They will correct it. The info on there isn't to be trusted.

It also says "as of December 31", it should be a much closer date to today's date. They can't show statistics from where they were back in December.

It is obviously errornous, there seems to have been a glitch, hopefully they will update again

 

ROC Timeline

 

June 15, 2020: Sent package through USPS

June 18, 2020: Delivered to Arizona PO box

June 23, 2020: Credit Card Debited

June 24, 2020: E notification for case (LIN-Receipt) 

July  15, 2020: Case was updated to show that fingerprints were taken

July 16, 2020 : Official NOA letter dated July 1 was received  

July 20, 2020 : Official fingerprint taken notice dated July 15 was received

March 05, 2021: Status updated to "Card in Production"

March 06, 2021: Status updated to I-751 Approved

Last update that was up until yesterday was for November 30th.

Ugh, so frustrated! Filed in early December, received receipts and biometrics appointment in early January, then typed in our case number online and saw they apparently sent an RFIE on January 10th...still never received it! Filed an online request to have it re-sent a week and a half ago, still nothing! Anyone else had this problem? I know RFIE's are time-sensitive, so starting to get worried.

Wow!!! You'd better be hurry coz they only give you 45 days from the date they issue your RFIE!!! Call them!!!

it could be either 15,45 or 90.

mine was 90 days.

 

Mabner, you need to act fast. Your package might get rejected if you do not respond in a timely manner. Try to get them to send you a copy of the mailed notice ASAP.
