I have no idea either. I file for i-130 and i-485 on 12/03 and i was so stupid thinking that the i-765 would cost me extra more so I didn't file the i-765 and i just sent out my i-765 on 02/09. So frustrating!!! ?

12/13/2016: Checks cashed

12/14/2016: Texts/Emails received

12/19/2016: NOA1 mails received.

01/03/2017: Biometric appointment received which scheduled for 01/12/2017

FYI, we got e-notification yesterday that our EAD/AP card has been mailed! That's just two days after approval! I'm shocked it was sent so quickly!

That is fantastic news! Congrats! Thanks for the update. 

My PD is about 20+ days after yours. Hopefully it means that myself and others with the same PD will get ours in a few weeks. :-)

Not to burst your bubble, but highly unlikely.

His approval is an outlier. USCIS are still processing 2nd-3rd week of November according to the November filers group

I think there is a possibility that we get ours in about 20 days. But yes, you are right, there is no certainty of when things will be processed and done. 

Howerver, there is a November filer with an interview date already.

Will see how it goes.

I wanted to update my timeline, since it was so off and I never received my biometrics appointment.

12/12/2016 - USCIS accepted and waived filing fees

01/05/2017 - Received NOA1 for all forms

02/14/2017 - update on USCIS for i-765 "New Card is Being Processed"

 

Has anyone received their EAD's yet?

Does filing I-360 instead of the I-130 make your biometrics unnecessary for I-765?

I guess so? I've noticed a lot of people have a different experience when filing i-360. It took 30 days to get my receipts for AOS and EAD, then it took another 40 days to get any update on my EAD which went straight to production. So I'm not keeping my hopes up to get the card soon. Everything has just been off. But I guess I'm 18 days away from my 90 day term so maybe they just pushed it through after I contacted the Ombudsman... Anyway, have no idea, it's weird. I'll keep you guys posted if anything changes in my strange timeline.

Hi! 

I had the wrong sponsor size on my 864... and missing W2s. 

Sent it back corrected. My husband got a raise in December so I sent a new employment letter and pay stubs and w2 from 2016 and 2015.
