I couldn't check mine for about 7 days.

Biometrics letter sent doesn't show up on the website anyways, so no worries about that. You will just receive it in the mail.

That looks pretty straight-forward. And with the hand-written note, you know what they are looking for.

 

I got a generic RFIE requesting that I submit all tax documentations and proof of income for joint sponsor.

 

I think the mistake I made for the joint sponsor was submitting only his tax returns for the previous 3 years (1040).

My salary as an intending immigrant is enough, which made me think that they are going to put the joint-sponsor documents away and never look at them.

Thank you. Coz my husband didn't have the w-2 to file the 2015 tax return so I had to just send the 2013 and 2014 tax return, w-2 of 2013,2014,2015. Pay stub of the first 6 months of 2016.

So why did you file the co-sponsor in the first place if yourself is qualified for the i-864. Can you share your pink slip too?

I went to a service request today. They suggested I write to the NBC asking them to drop the co-sponsor since my income as an intending immigrant is enough.

No idea. Mine looks more generic though.

And I have 87 days to respond while you have 45.

Tried to find out the difference, but none is listed anywhere.

I apply from F-1 student visa but I overstayed because my husband told me to quit school right after we got married because he said it is crazy to pay so much money since I already marry a US citizen already.

Hey Guys hope everyone is doing good.

 

i had a question in the EAD. I'm already on OPT so have a valid EAD but when I got married my last name changed. I got an offer for conditional employment and they are wanting to do a background check, and do an e-verify. The problem is the EAD is in my maiden name. Any advice on what to do here? My I-765 status is still showing received Dec 7, biometrics are compete Jan 12. I read somewhere I can use the receipt notice to prove I am eligible for employment? Is this true?

Now waiting for biometric letter.

Does it takes a week/10 days after receiving Noa, right?
