Last update on the USCIS for my case, even after the biometrics were taken, was "fingerprint fee received" on the I-485 case.

 

No updates for any of the other forms.

01/27/17 USCIS sent a RFE for petitioners recent taxes

01/31/17 Biometrics Interview done

03/14/17 Mailed RFE back to USCIS

03/17/17 Online status update that RFE received by USCIS and work on my case will resume...

03/23/17 Online status update "Case ready to be scheduled for interview"

03/27/17 Online status update i-765 "New card is being produced" plus received 4 emails about it.

03/31/17 Received EAD & AP approval notices in the mail

04/04/17 Receive email that EAD has been mailed. Online status also updated.

Received RFIE hardcopy in the mail today. It is regarding the I864 and is basically asking me to submit more proof of income of our co-sponsor.

We submitted proofs of my income (intending immigrant), but no tax filing documents as I haven't filed before (this is my first year to file taxes).

 

They also need proofs of income for my co-sponsor (added him just in case they were not satisfied with my lack of tax filing for previous years). I submitted form 1040 only as a proof of tax filing (tax return transcript)

You received the mail today on Martin Luther King's day? I thought the post office don't work today!!! Hmmmm...

I found it today in the morning when I arrived back home.

I was out of town since friday, so I don't know when it actually arrived.

I got my notice for rfie since the 3rd and have not received hard copy I hope I get it tomorrow.

You will get your access soon.  But don't worry too much, there isn't anything there really, besides what you get in the text and email.  The important part is to get the hard copy of the NOA.

Please keep me posted on the progress of your paperwork, I will make sure to do the same.
