If you look in the ROC subforum you will find a thread for each month, just like in the AOS subforum.

Yes, many of us have filed or will file soon. I filed in April myself

Great, thank you! I think we'll track each other's progress along with others there.

Thanks so much! All the best.

You're welcome! I don't think I have seen a thread for i-751 June 2019 filers yet, so if you plan on filing in June you can make a thread for all June filers if you want.

You can also follow April and May to see the progress of those cases if it interests you, to get an idea how fast things are moving along in regards to extension letters etc.

So how is everybody doing? What has happened in your lives these past 2,5 years since we first filed for AOS? Not sure how many are still on VJ.

I think I might be the only one still waiting on a response since filling dec 2016. Anyone else since waiting for approval post interview?

Wow, you're still waiting for a decision on your AOS?? That's unusual, have you contacted your Congress person to see if they can help out by contacting USCIS on your behalf to get some answers?

How did the interview go? Did the immigration officer seem suspicious about anything?

Honestly I question everything. I thought the interview went great. She spoke to us for almost an hour letting us know what to expect after getting the green card and also not to travel too much until I become a citizen.

We had our interview July 2017. Since then our case was transferred to South Carolina from Atlanta for processing due to Atlanta having high case volume so SC would process it for us. SC requested an updated medical exam and nothing since then. Im waiting on my 3rd work permit. Congress reached out and they said they are still processing said to wait 60 days.

Hello Guys,

Getting ready to file ROC and had a quick question. Does anyone know if I can elect to have the case handled by another field office? Minneapolis field office has a 2 year waitlist if not more for ROC and I'm more than happy to travel elsewhere if its possible or anyone has heard of that?

My issue is that I am an airline pilot and we travel frequently especially in the winter months to international destinations. I know I would get a "extension letter" but really don't want to risk anything or have hassles when I'm coming back into the US. Do you think I would have problems? Is there a way even if it does go to the Minneapolis office I can somehow request to expedite for my job or am I SOL?

Good luck to everyone!

No you can't choose field office or change field office. If that was the case everyone would pick a faster one. Your field office is based on your address, the main address where you actually live.
