Anyone in Seattle? As of Aug 31 they were processing Nov 25 2016 filers. It's November now and I'd assume they'd be processing Dec filers by now.. I sent them an RFIE in May and haven't heard anything since.

I'm in Seattle!

We filed really early in December 2016, and we had our interview on Sept 14th, but we didn't have any RFEs.

Unfortunately, if you call and speak with them, they'll just repeat the data on the website for processing dates (even L2 folks were doing that when I called).

Your only real options now are submitting a service request online (which will take quite a while for a response), making an infopass appointment, or - probably the most sensible option - just sit tight for a few more weeks. They're bound to be clearing December files now, so I imagine your interview schedule letter is on its way! Your filing was at the end of December, and you had an RFE, so it may take a few more days to get to you.

Hold tight though - it'll come!

I called them and they spouted the usual bullshit about still being within processing time, I sent a service request and it hasn't been assigned to anyone since September. Fun times. Ugh.

I really wanna go back home to Singapore but I'm afraid I might get the interview date when I'm not in the US.

So I did my interview today but now I wait because I wasn't given a response on spot. She asked some questions that was only to confirm the information on i485. I was a nervous wreck. I messed up in the city my husband was born but I was ok with the state. Where he was born was not where he grew up so I told her where he grew up. Also she asked us how we met and stuff. Husband messed up on my daughters surname but she lives in jamaica so I don't know what to think. And he messed up on my middle name. Otherwise from that we were ok with the other questions. She asked me to name persons that were in the pics which showed pics of me and his family. She asked who from my family he met and asked for some pics of my daughter and him when she visits. It lasted like 25 minutes after which she told me that she have 120 days to give her response 😞😞😞😞. Now I'm here stressed as hell cause now I got to wait once again for a response.

I sent an SR a couple weeks back and saw this today. They said they "sent" a response but to where? Didn't receive anything from them.

I think I've asked this before but any Dec 27 (priority date) filers still waiting for an interview date?

Good morning everyone, I know I have been missing for quite sometime, but I received my greencard yesterday in the mail. The crazy thing is that I did not get any update on the USCIS website indicating that I was approved, card was going to be sent for production, etc. It has and still is stuck on my interview date. I only knew yesterday early morning that a mail was already on its way from USCIS when I finally decided to check the USPS informed delivery app.

AOS/EAD&AP Timeline

▪12/19/2016: AOS & EAD/AP mailed. (Day 00)

▪12/21/2016: Package signed for at Chicago Lockbox. (Day 02)

▪01/06/2017: Text/Email notification of acceptance confirmation from USCIS. (Day 18)

▪01/10/2017: Physical mail NOA received. (Day 22)

▪01/21/2017: Received Biometrics Appointment via mail (Bio. Appointment 01/30/2017). (Day 33)

▪03/01/2017: EAD/AP approved/sent for production. (Day 70)

▪03/06/2017: Received approval receipts by mail for both EAD & AP. (Day 75)

I had my IV today.

Was about 1 hr long with about 4-5 questions. The rest of it was just updating my information and my wife on the file they have for us.

Pretty straight forwards and was told my case is a straight forward one and one of the easiest. Was approved on the spot per the consuler.

No updates on the website though!!

Will just wait now. My medical expires in 3 days.

About time I will share my experience, after following for a while!

NYC flier

- Early Jan 17 - applied for I485/I765

- Mid February - Bio done

- Received Combo card roughly 3 months after

- Received in the mail (not updated yet on website) invitation for interview on beginning of January (which will make a year since application was originally received)

   - Website still show "fees were received" message

Looks like NYC office is ahead of published timing, which is a good sign I guess. Will keep updated, but for now, good luck to all!
