You should be looking forward for that visit. No I didn't apply for AP with my permit, I'm kinda scared of traveling without a green card hence why I'm keeping my ### put 😂😂😂😂. The greatest thing is that my daughter can travel. I just booked her ticket to come visit me for summer 

Hahaha I personally wouldn't trust it either, too many stories. but everyone has their own level of trust in bp agents lol i don't trust'em lol it can't be a bad decision to play it safe though.

Oh wow! That's awesome :) Enjoy your time with your daughter. I know she can't wait to come see her mommy. Just keep looking forward to seeing her this summer. Hopefully, it'll make the wait seem a bit shorter.

Congrats. We had ours yesterday and approved on the spot. It wasn't as smooth as yours but God is great and He made it possible for us. Keep us updated on the card arrival.

We've been celebrating all week! lol We actually got the green card in the mail today, exactly 1 week later. So,  the celebration continues :jest: Keep an eye out, yours will likely be arriving soon too :D

The offices stamped my passport, I was wondering if that serves the same way as Green Card until we receive it, do you have any idea?

@Mthldou nope, nothing yet.

I have been busy so I forgot to call them but I most likely will this week to see where my file is .

Yes that's the only I'm thinking about. Cause if I think about getting interview date I'm gonna go crazy.

Also, good to note that Philadelphia Field office(your local office) says processing as at July 2016 on USCIS.gov.

Yet you filed in december and got a date already. 

So I guess those processing times are not really accurate.

Yes it does. The I-551 stamp that is.

 

Still curious for your local office, but I also understand if you don't want to share.. You seem to side step that twice already :)

Hey fello filers. I'm so happy for those who have gotten interview dates and those who have already gotten their green card already.

 

is anyone in the group that is in New York? I know @lleaka is New York as well. But are there any other New Yorker who have gotten interview dates or anything. My status still saying fingerprint fee received.

My status previously had said that case was ready for scheduling as of Jan 27. Today it updated to ready for scheduling as of May 08?? Anyone else had this happen? Just thought it was weird.

It happened to me last year and it didn't cause any problems. Most likely an update on uscis systems that caused the date to be changed
