My field office is Santa Ana as well! I am applying GCs for my parents and they just got their EAD and AP combo cards yesterday. Since 3/29, the online status was changed to "ready to schedule for an interview", but nothing so far. I have been wondering what's everyone else's schedule like with Santa Ana office. I will keep you posted if any updates.

I don't even have that update yet. Mine is still on fingerprint fee received!

Yes...Exact 3 months...My application started on 20th jan and I received the card on 20th  April :)

01/18/2017  Mailed package I-130, I 485 AND I-765

Day 1 : 01/20/2017-USCIS received package

Day 6 : 01/26/2017-received NOA1 through text

Day 13 : 02/1/2017-received N0A1 hard copy

Day 15 : 02/4/2017-received Biometric Appointment

Day 28: 02/17/2017-did Biometric Appointment

Day 35: 02/24/2017-i485 case status changes to ready to be scheduled for an interview

Day 47: 03/08/2017- status changes to Interview scheduled on 13th april

Day 49 03/10/2017- received interview letter for 13th April

Day 83 04/13/2017- approved...case shows new card is being produced

Day 88 04/17/2017 received  hard copy of approval notices for I-485 and I-130 

Day 88 04/17/2017 Online status showed New card was mailed

Day 91 04/20/2017 Received Green card in mail !!! Total 3 months

Yeah true , do you know anyone recently who has got an interview date or notice from USCIS St. Paul (On other forums etc). Im trying to expect how long its actually going to take based off people currently going through the process in MN, USCIS processing times on the website don't seem to match other peoples cases here at all, most are getting their interview notices surprisingly early. Maybe I'm just being too optomistic :rolleyes:

Just revived my EAD/AP so happy. Thank you all. Also, I got an update yesterday from the tier 2 agent that my I-485 is in the queue to be scheduled for an interview.  Finally seeing some progress on that as well

Did it also update om the website? Or just from the info you got from tier 2 agent?

No, it hasn't been updated on the website yet. But the agent told me that on their system it shows it's in the queue to be scheduled for an interview.

Please keep us updated. There is one more guy @Cooldude20 has his office in Santa Ana as well. This office getting on my nerve for being so dragging now. Lol

11/30/2016: Package sent

12/02/2016: Package delivered

12/13/2016: Checks cashed

12/14/2016: Texts/Emails received

12/19/2016: NOA1 mails received.

01/03/2017: Biometric appointment received which scheduled for 01/12/2017

01/11/2017: Status changed to "Request for Initial Evidence was mailed"

01/12/2017: Fingerprint was done.

02/11/2017: RFIE sent.

02/13/2017: RFIE delivered.

02/14/2017: status changed to Evidence was received.

02/13/2017: EAD Package sent.

03/09/2017: Case was ready to be scheduled.

05/22/2017: Card is being produced.

How do I o ow if my case is ready for interview? It says RFE response received since march 20th. I have received my EAD and my SS card is coming this week.

@Mthldou Mine has had the message "fingerprints received" for almost 4 months ...

I didn't file for AP because we thought it wouldn't be necessary, as we didn't know how backlogged USCIS was... My mom will need to do a surgery (thank God not a life threatening one) back home in a couple months, and I really would like to be with her even if for a week. 

We scheduled an infopass for this week to inquire about the 485 and the possibility of applying for AP. Most likely I'll be going to the infopass by myself as my husband (the USC) has to be at work. 

 

Any tips on Infopass would be greatly appreciated!!

I believe you can apply for AP after sending the other paperwork but you have to pay a fee. I'm not sure though
