Service center would be the in the same state as you are living in, googling it will help.

If your NOA's reciept starts with MSC then it is National Benefits center

Kindly update your signature or your timeline? when did u file ? was it concurrent filing ? what visa status were you on ? which country are you from. Also update your profile, it helps to put things in perspective

Timeline update:

Dec 3 - sent AOS package through a lawyer (I-485 / I-765 / I-130)

Dec 9 - USCIS received I-765 and I-130 (didn't file I-131) as of website
Dec 16 - USCIS received I-485 as of website

Dec 22 - USCIS cashed the checks and same day updated the online status for I-485 as fingerprint fee received
Dec 28 - received letter from mailbox for biometrics appointment for 11 January 2017
Jan 11 - had my biometrics done at Santa Ana, CA office and same day called USCIS hotline to inquire about the I-130 being unnecessary
Jan 13 - online status for I-130 was changed to I-130 initiating refund request
Jan 16 - received a mail from USCIS about refund request
Jan 26 - mailed our response to USCIS if they can grant the refund and withdraw the I-130
Jan 31 - USCIS changed the online status for I-130 as withdrawn
Feb 15 - USCIS changed the online status for I-765 as card being produced
Feb 21 - received letter from USCIS about EAD approved via mailbox
Feb 22 - USCIS changed online status for I-765 as card being mailed
Feb 23 - USCIS changed online status for I-485 as interview being scheduled

I will make time to update my profile. I entered K1 here but my lawyer messed up something in between. We cancelled the I-130 and is now waiting for refund.

Sorry y'all for the dumb question....

do you guys count the days from the PD date or the notice receipt date?!

You should count from the received date, that's what USCIS does. I have no idea why VJ is all about the notice date, makes no sense when not even USCIS goes by that.

Has anyone that raised a SR in the last week received an update ?

Ive been search on the App for the people close to my Receipt number and I see a lot of people getting last minute RFE and it has me concerned.

I've been wanting to do a SR after my RFE response. I've had an RFE already and just waiting on my EAD

What is a last minute RFE?

Last minute because people usually get RFE within the first 2 months but at the 3 month mark you wouldn't be expecting to get a RFE

So Ive just been seeing people getting RFE after 90 days instead of EADs. Not a lot of people just a few people close to my recipes number

Aha, I see what you mean. But yes, you can expect an RFE at any point between NOA1 and when your card is being produced. You're not even safe from RFEs after the interview.

This is true indeed. However, as for the RFE after the interview is pretty peculiar to me.

What I can only see about getting RFE's after the interview depends on how the evidence were presented during the interview.

However, when "card being produced" status for I-485 has already been made, I don't think that USCIS will issue another RFE for this as this is just a colossal waste of their time given that thousands file cases on different categories on a daily basis.

Lol ?
