I'm very nervous as I'm completing our packet soon. I have been with my girlfriend 3 years - and we didn't know so much was needed to obtain a K-1. Thus, along the way - we didn't "strategize" with ideas in mind...

1. I have my passport stamps, photos galore, most of my ticket stubs after two trips from the US to Philippines... And I BELIEVE I have a couple receipts that match a couple photos (e.g. Eating in front of a place and having a photo together/the receipt)... I'm very nervous about getting an RFE...

It seems like some people send 5 photos, 5 emails and never get an RFE... While other people send 30 photos, 100 emails etc and get an RFE...

I DID also obtain an administrator letter from the website we met on declaring they are not a marriage broker.

*My nervousness is just.. Deciding how much to send... Some people are telling me just to select "5-10 emails over the years, 10 good photos" etc...

I just need sound advice... With my passport stamps, tickets, pics etc - Do you guys think we're in good standing to mail away?? We've both never been married, we're only 3 years apart in age, no kids... I make enough money..

I'm just nervous about the packet. If you watch YouTube videos, it's intimidating - because it's always people who have like 10 pages of plane tickets etc...

Any advice or how you think we'll fare??

ALSO: I had my girlfriend sign her G-325a in September when I was there - and mine will be signed now (because Ive been so busy the past two months, but also trying to do our packet right). Will this be a problem, if some of our paperwork is dates apart?? I will definitely send texts/Skypes/emails in that window of time to show we're still together.

Just overwhelming! So many emails etc to go through..

First relax. :)

Evidence like plane tickets/boarding passes, passport pages stamped entry and exit, receipts from her town/credit card statements, hotel bills, some emails and chat logs), and yes 5-6 photos together are perfect.

No need to over kill on the information given in the I-129F packet. The Philippines is not a need to "front load" the packet type embassy.

If she signed her information in September though I would have her resign a new G325a and letter of intent to marry and just scan it to you. Scans from her are okay for the packet. Just so the dates match up with yours.

As long as you filled out the information on the forms properly, and submit that evidence, you should be fine. We had no issues and sent about 5 pictures together, flight itinerary(did not keep the boarding passes accidentally), passport pages showing entry/exit, credit card statements showing 5-6 purchases and hotel from those dates. 3-4 emails from when we first startted talking and then about 10-15 Imessage screen shots from my phone. That was all.

The paper work being dated apart shouldn't be an issue, unless the adjudicator is just feeling REALLY nitpicky that day.

As for photos. Photo's are ALWAYS secondary evidence. Those who send ONLY photo's will almost ALWAYS get an RFE. Actual proof for meeting is passport stamps, airplane ticket stubs, receipts from the same city, the check out receipt from any hotels stayed at at the same city. Some people will even print out bank statements and mark the locations showing they were in the same city.

RFE's for things like this can be pretty weird. Sometimes people send what SHOULD be enough, but they get an RFE. This is either because the person adjudicating doesn't feel that maybe the information sent is completely legit, or that proof they sent got lost or misplaced and never made it to the adjudicator. There can be many reasons as to why an RFE is sent for this, but they won't explain why, they will simply ask for more proof.

We sent multiple copies of his plane ticket stubs, hotel check out receipts, passport stamps, and then pictures of him with me multiple times and then a picture of him at my mom's birthday party with the whole family. No issues.

Also, sometimes too much information leads to conflicting information which can lead to confusion and lead to the RFE.

Hi, please never compare cases. Every case is different and every adjudicator is different. You have the easy ones and the nitpick ones. Sometimes you can stack loads of evidence but forget to check one box in the petition and you have a request for evidence. Seems like you have good evidence so stack and load it properly, make a good cover letter, make sure you check boxed everything and worry a little less. If you're worried about this already, you're not going to enjoy the next four years. This is easy-peasy considering what still has to come. Good luck on your new journey!

The only thing I would have to add, is that anything that is signed (whether its your statement of intent or G325A etc.), make sure that it is the original. Especially at the interview stage, they can deny or delay you for not providing that.
