I believe it’s just a computer generated email they use just as another method to keep us quiet and to fool us into thinking our case is really being reviewed..

Yes it is, and there Matoe  is  'family unity'  ha! It's tearing families apart emotionally and financially,  how long does it take to look at papers and pass it on, 11 months?? 

What gets me is they have processed some Jan n Feb files!

Yes they skip all over the place. Like I said before maybe I should have stayed the girlfriend and have my head up my a.. figuring out if I wanted to marry the boyfriend or not and get approved in 6 months and him come stay with me for a couple months to decide if oh do I want you for my husband. Blah, blah, blah and more blah. Us married spouses get S.... on and it’s sickening

All immigration does is wish to destroy families. That harder they make it they assume couples will give up and seperate but have they failed to realize that we pay their d..... salaries. Very frustrated now

Hi All,

I recently came across this board, wanted to throw my case in the mix. I filed my I130 to the Texas Service Center in December 23 2016, I am married to a US Citizen. I have lived in the US for many years under my current status which provides me with renewing temporary status. 

 

On June 9th they notified my that the case was transferred to California Laguna Niguel Office, and since then it has been complete silence. On 10/26/17 I filed for a out of processing time request, and have still not heard anything. 

 

Has anyone else had their case sent to the Laguna Niguel office in California? Anyone have any insight about that location, and what in the hell is taking so long?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Is there anyway to find out if my IV package was received by NVC? My petitioner sent the IV package last October 18 but didn't hear from them until now. Does it mean it got through and no RFE needed?

You call up NVC. NVC does not send notifications when they get the package.

Received an email today from USCIS it was a service request for an i-129f which I had already filed my i-130 I wish to God I never would have filed that I 129f my email stated wait 60 days it is being reviewed by an officer, do you think this is why my case is moving so slow in Nebraska I really think it's everybody but I wished I'd never filed that
