As per my case tracker atleast 13 cases (pd 13 dec) were approved between 12 to 20 October. One was transferred to a new jurisdiction( I'm sure change of jurisdiction for them will be better off than struggling in nebraska) lol 

I also noticed one case status being updated from "case received" To "case received at my local office"...dont know what that means though! So December filers be positive! They are working on pending cases and inshaAllah all of us will get our approval soon 

 

I think they mean one of the below, i could be wrong.

 

1. Direct consular filing cases, the case was sent to the countries consulate.

2. Case was transferred to another service center.

3. Case was sent to the local office closest to the petitioner to schedule a per-approval interview.

I'm December 6 and waiting patiently, I was told by uscis to call them on the 25th if I haven't heard anything, so...

I am dec 5 filler and in response to my inquiry, i was told to call uscis if i dont hear anything by the 10th of this month. Still havent heard anything. Two days ago they updated our status to "inquiry has been assigned to an officer ". Now it has been updated to "response to your inquiry has been sent by officer " and they said that if we dont receive it we can submit another inquiry after two months. This is simply ridiculous. Its like they are playing with us. They have no idea how badly this delay has effected our lives. But they dont seem to care.

Your right seems they just buying themselves some time, in the mean time we suffer as a couple emotionally and financially, we just want to move forward with our lives one way or the other  as I'm sure we all do, prayers for us!

Notice date is dec.20, PD is dec.15. 

Aug.15 when we got rfe, and they received our response oct.11.. until now we dont have any update. 😥

You call that case long? Do you know what is a long case? My case took 404 days which is 13 months.

Yeah, may i know if you received rfe? If so, what is that rfe about? What is your PD? We filed ours in december 2016 before the fees increase. August 15 when we received our rfe asking for G-325A of petitioner and beneficiary and a photo of petitioner. Thank you.

May i know what was that rfe about? What is your service center? Ive received rfe too on aug.15 asking us to submit G-325A for me and my spouse and a photo of him too. Mine was in Tx and my PD is Dec.15. Im waiting for 2 weeks now since we response for our rfe but still nothing’s change. Still “they received our response” ive been reading this thread since we started processing.  Patiently waiting here...✋️ God is Good.☝️

Mine is the same, PD 15 dec 2016and we got RFE on the 25th of September requesting for Bona Fide intent of marriage and Affidavit from family and friend we responded on the 20th of October, but it’s still strange that my case still says case was received no update yet and my husband called Uscis  yesterday, he was told to wait for 2weeks before their system updates our response. So sad  but , am keeping faith and hoping for a good news soon
