I called uscis and made a service request for the K3 which I've never done befor only on the i130, she told me K3 is not obsolete, that they have been approved befor the i130, so she offered to do the service request, i130 already had one and to call back on the 25 th if I haven't heard anything, uscis also said K3 does not slow down the process if you filed i130

That's good news! I'm sure lot of us who filed for k3 after their i130 will be quite relieved to know this 😊

Yes I'm happy to hear this as my lawyer did file a K3 after filing of my 1-130. Just remember all that if even a K3 does get filed your spouse still can't work when arriving in the US as they will have to wait to receive their green card and it's a more expensive process then waiting for the 1-130 to get approved

once the K3 approved you will get to moved to the state and start the CR1. but I believe they will not approved the K3 so don't put your mind on to that because they will close K3 and move on to I-130.

once you are in the arrived in the U.S you can work, but once the company see the stamp on your passport they know what it means, and it means your green card is on the way so they will let you work.

not all company know about the stamp on the passport, so depend on the companies.

How long does it takes for RFE status to update to RFE response received once you send the RFE packet?

Someone told me it might take 40-60 days

Does anybody have same PD of 13 Dec as Mine? Ive noticed a positive improvement :)

As per my case tracker atleast 13 cases (pd 13 dec) were approved between 12 to 20 October. One was transferred to a new jurisdiction( I'm sure change of jurisdiction for them will be better off than struggling in nebraska) lol

I also noticed one case status being updated from "case received" To "case received at my local office"...dont know what that means though! So December filers be positive! They are working on pending cases and inshaAllah all of us will get our approval soon
