YES! THEY DONT UPDATE AT ALL I THINK THAT IS SO WRONG CUS I WAS ALWAYS CHECKING MY EMAILS AND THE WEBSITE. AND NOTHING.  IT WAS JUST A WASTE OF TIME. THANK YOU SUNDEE AND GOODLUCK TO YOU.

Mine was delivered to Chicago on the 12th, no notice yet, from what I've seen others were getting notices from Chicago two days later. Hoping to hear something next week.

I just got NOA1 delivered Dec 13th NOA1 Dec 20th Nebraska service center unfortunately I just checked processing times, they're at 7 months ?

So 

 

My dear sweet husband writes me this morning.

 

"Our case is updated!"

 

Nothing more. 

 

My response - When, How, What? Is it approved? LOL

 

I saw the email too from USCIS. All it says is "Your Case Status = Post Decision Activity" and that our case has been sent to the Department of State for Visa Processing.

 

Happy happy!!!! Waited very long for this!

 

I would like to know - why do they say Post Decision Activity? I did not get an approval notice with an NOA2 date, only this. So I'll use this date as my NOA2 date. Correct??

 

Hoping all other Dec 2016 filers do get approved soon!!

Hi everyone!! Congrats to those approved!! We received an email last night and 30 mins later texts, requesting more evidence😢😢😢after all this time waiting and this notice just kills me. So I recently moved back to the U.S and USCIS says that after 15 days of the receipt requested, I can request a fax of the information. ugh so I'll find out what is needed to send in 15 days😩

Im sorry but i see you getting a RFE as a sign that they are now working on January filers. Chin up someone was and is actively working on your case. The RFE is a blessing. Update us when you get the actual notice. It will be ok you are one step closer.

Passport Book and Card in hand August 12th and 14th 2022.

Congratulations. 

Its kind of bitter sweet for me because my Received data was December 27,2016. I hope my case is not like the forgotten ones in November

NOA2 is the date on your Notice of Action (I-797). You will have to wait until you receive the mail (the mail is your notice of action and that is the ONLY place you will find NOA dates). Your NOA2 will be the date under the label "Notice Date". 

 

For more help, on the timeline entry page where you update your timeline info, to the right of the field for NOA2, click on "help finding your NOA date" link that will show you  a screenshot on how to locate and obtain the right date to enter.

Nebraska still hasn't approved end of Nov cases. You got lucky. I'm still waiting at Nov 30 Nebraska. Painful stressful and plain outrageous

Nebraska still has not worked on Nov 2016 cases. Many of Nov cases are still waiting and waiting and sitting in limbo in Hellbraska. The uscis web site is always 2 months behind.
